DML is undertaking livelihood restoration program in Padang Pariaman, West Sumatera Province. It is a one-year project of JICA from January to December 2010 to help people who have been hit by the earthquake in 2009 and up to now have not yet been able to recover their normal life.

DML’s approach is not simply giving donation but through a psychological healing of the past trauma, and later followed by a revolving fund scheme to be managed by the community themselves according to their own needs and priorities.
