A message from the Executive Board

Dear Friends,

On behalf of the Founders, Board Members and the staff of Yayasan Dana Mitra Lingkungan (DML), I welcome you to our web site. It is a pleasure to meet you in the cyber space, to be part of the challenging and invigorating prospects of developing a global partnership.

DML's history since 1983 has made up portfolio of environmental programs and projects in Indonesia that have created a mosaic with distinct yet complementary activities, services, and products, -- thanks to the vision of the Foundation's founders and board members. DML's activities are spread out across the Archipelago and have given DML national and international recognitions.

DML addresses environmental problems surrounding industrial and urban development which include issues on industrial pollution, solid and non-toxic waste recycling and management, public policies, community empowerment and corporate social responsibility. DML's experts and partners work closely with local authorities, civil society and industry to facilitate development of intelligent and practical proposals that demonstrate the viability of waste recycling business, the relationship between pollution prevention and increase productivity as well as corporate contributions towards environmental protection efforts and social improvements.
